Description
We are looking for a dynamic MBA Marketing professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive for our Staffing Solutions & HR Services division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, visiting IT companies, and pitching our manpower supply & recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research IT companies, startups, SMEs, and MNCs that require staffing solutions.
- Visit HR managers, talent acquisition teams, and decision-makers to present our staffing and recruitment services.
- Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored staffing solutions (contract, permanent, project-based, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals with companies.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate delivery.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to improve service offerings.
